Your data
COMPANY 1972 is responsible for the data collected on this site. To reach me about it, write to hey@franckj.com.
- What I collect
- The page link and the email address you type in the form. With them: the time, the page you came from, and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
- Why
- To check your page and email you the 3 fixes you asked for, and to answer if you write back. Nothing else. No newsletter.
- Legal basis
- Steps taken at your request before any contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)).
- Is it required?
- Without a link and an email I cannot send you the check. Nothing else is asked.
- How long
- 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Who handles it
- Cloudflare (hosting, the form and its spam check), Resend (delivers the form to my inbox) and Google (my mailbox). I do not sell or share it with anyone else.
- Outside the EU
- These three providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses, as set out in each provider's data processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, to object to it, or to receive a copy. Write to hey@franckj.com and I will answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and statistics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Visits are counted with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data. The form's spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may store what it needs to tell people from robots.
